Book a Room

Our rooms are tastefully designed and has a desk, two chairs and a sink. We have rooms with or without a bed and a window. Let us know what you require and we can book the room according to your requirements.

Half Day Bookings
Rooms can be booked for 3 hours between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. However other times outside these hours can also be arranged.

Full Day Bookings
Rooms can be booked for full days. Our normal hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, however if you would like a room outside these hours, it can be arranged.

Weekend bookings
Rooms can be booked during the weekend. Reception is available on request.

Extra Services
We can provide you with:

  • Receptionist – meet and greet
  • Management of patient bookings
  • Payment processing on your behalf
  • Nursing staff
  • Secretarial – Typing, Faxing, Printing, Photocopying
